The Challenge
Split Bean Coffee Company came to us after having problems with their website and provider. The customer wanted Incite Web Design to create them a new website design for the coffee industry, with a modern feel to promote their coffee machines and services. As part of the specification from the customer, we also had to embed PDFs from the product manufacturers.
There were some challenges with the ownership of the domain name with this project. Luckily, with some research, we identified a previous company that owned the domain and resolved it in a matter of days, much to Split Bean’s approval. This allowed them to fully take control of the domain name they had used for years again.
