The Challenge

John Conroy & Son came to us with a specific project in mind. They wanted us to improve their existing website and optimise it in preparation for their SEO/Marketing contractor. Their existing site was slow and also required additional content adding such as new blog articles.

This project was one we had to assign to our technical team rather than our design team. After running various tests on their website, they soon found out that the main cause of the slowdown was the size of the images their previous web designers had uploaded. After optimising the images we immediately noticed improved performance. Another key aspect of the project was switching to our hosting platform which again seen significant improvement.
