Challenge
Gary came to us with a problem on his hands. The company who designed year ago and controlled his website had dissolved and he had no way to update his old pricing on his tired looking website. Another challenge was that his emails were also linked to the same dissolved company and his hosting provider was unable to provide him with admin access.
Response
Our two challenges here were creating a new website using the same domain name we didnt have access to and switch Gary’s emails from his unreliable hosting provider over to Office 365. Several emails and phone calls later, we had access to everything we needed to start a new website and after setting Gary up with an Office 365 account, we were able to copy all his historical emails over so nothing was lost.
